  • I'm having trouble logging in  -Try resetting your password and logging in again. If the problem persists email samw@directsave.ca for assistance.

  • How long before my point allowance is added to my account?  -Instantly. Our new site has improved features like instantly adding your allowance.
    **Electricians 100 points will be added immediately and the balance within 24 hours** Or you may call Directsave or email samw@directsave.ca and we will add them immediately. 

       

      • How Long will my order take? - All orders take approximately 10 business days to complete. 

      •  How do I apply my points (allowance) - Simply click the button marked Apply Store Credit below your subtotal. This located in the bottom right corner of your screen.

      • Is Rush service available? -  There is no rush service available on uniform orders. Should you require a rush, please contact us and we may be able to accommodate with an item from stock.

      • Where will my order be delivered? - Your order will be delivered to the Blount factory to your supervisor for your supervisor to hand out to you.  We have a list of all employees' departments and supervisors to make sure your order is delivered properly.
       
      • Where is the pickup location? - 
      Blount Plant Shipping - Your order will be delivered to the Blount factory to your supervisor. They will hand it out to you.  We have a list of all employees' departments and supervisors to ensure your order is delivered properly.
      Directsave Pickup - Your order can be picked up at : Directsave. 6792 Wellington Road 34. Puslinch, Ontario. 
       
      • I've Spent my allowance for the year, how can I order items? - Simply choose your items and add them to your cart. Checkout and pay online. 

        • I don't want pay online. - Please visit our showroom to pay in person. The following methods are available in person: Cash, Interac (debit) & Credit Cards. Your order cannot be placed online and paid in person. You must place the order in store.  
         PLEASE NOTE: Our showroom has a Maximum of 1 customer   in the store at a time. Masks must be worn at all times.

           

          • I want to place my order and pay the overage upon pickup. -  All orders over the allowance limit must be pre-paid before they will be processed.

           

          • I've received my order and there is a problem. What can I do? - Please send us an email to samw@directsave.ca with your contact information and specify the problem with your order. We will gladly take care of the issue. 

             

            • I want to exchange an item. -  Please bring your items and the exchange form packaged to Thresia Lawhead in HR. 

             

            • What are your store hours? - Directsave is open Monday to Friday 8:30am -5:00pm 
                   PLEASE NOTE: Our showroom has  a Maximum of 1 customer  in the        store at a time. Masks must be worn at all times.        

               

              • Can I have a different colour other than what is shown? - No.  Applicable, approved uniform colours are presented on each item.

              • I have specific needs and the uniform selection online does not meet them. What can I do? - Please send an email with your concerns and we will source options to meet your needs. Orders of this nature will be processed manually.
