- I've received my order and there is a problem. What can I do? - Please send us an email to email@example.com with your contact information and specify the problem with your order. We will gladly take care of the issue.
I want to exchange an item. - Please bring your items and the exchange form to Tammy Nankivell in reception. Garments must be unworn, unwashed with no alterations to the garment. Garments received more than 3 months prior are not eligible for return.
- I'm having trouble logging in -Try resetting your password and logging in again. If the problem persists email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
- How long before my point allowance is added to my account? -Instantly. Our new site has improved features like instantly adding your allowance.
- How Long will my order take? - All orders take approximately 10 business days to complete.
- How do I apply my points (allowance) - Your allowance will add automatically when you checkout. It will appear as a discount with a long alpha numeric sequence.
- Is Rush service available? - There is no rush service available on uniform orders. Should you require a rush, please contact us and we may be able to accommodate with an item from stock.
- Where will my order be delivered? - Your order will be delivered to the Blount factory to your supervisor for your supervisor to hand out to you. We have a list of all employees' departments and supervisors to make sure your order is delivered properly.
- Where is the pickup location? -
- I've Spent my allowance for the year, how can I order items? - Simply choose your items and add them to your cart. Checkout and pay online.
- I don't want to pay online. - Please visit our showroom to pay in person. The following methods are available in person: Cash, Interac (debit) & Credit Cards. Your order cannot be placed online and pay in person. You must place the order in store. Orders cannot be processed until the overage is paid.
- I want to place my order and pay the overage upon pickup. - All orders over the allowance limit must be pre-paid before they will be processed.
- What are your store hours? - Directsave is open Monday to Thursday 8:30am -5:00pm and Friday 8:30am- 4:00pm
- Can I have a different colour other than what is shown? - No. Applicable, approved uniform colours are presented on each item.
- I have specific needs and the uniform selection online does not meet them. What can I do? - Please send an email with your concerns and we will source options to meet your needs. Orders of this nature will be processed manually.
